ES: La Corte Internacional de Justicia es el principal órgano judicial de las Naciones Unidas. Fue establecida en 1945, en La Haya.
Sus funciones principales son resolver por medio de sentencias las
disputas que le sometan los Estados y emitir dictámenes u opiniones consultivas
para dar respuesta a cualquier cuestión jurídica que le sea planteada por la Asamblea General o el Consejo de Seguridad.
Los idiomas oficiales de la Corte son el francés y el inglés.

It principal functions are to solve by
means of judgments the disputes that it submit the States and to emit judgments or consultative opinions to give response to
any juridical question that is raised by the General Assembly or the Security
Council.
The official languages of the Court are the
French and the English.
The Court is integrated by 15 justices
chosen by the General Assembly and the Security Council, in democratic votings.
They are chosen by their merits and if they die in
functions there will be looked that they are of the same nationality, and
there are tried that are represented in the Court the principal
juridical systems of the world.
